With spring break around the corner, it is the time where everyone tries to get their bodies back in shape! I think we can all agree that the feeling you get after working out is so great but actually getting out and going to the gym is the hardest part. I have always tried to look online for at-home workouts but I could never find one that I could continue with for more than a couple of weeks. A few of months ago I came across a Youtube channel that I found to really like and created my at-home workout routine based on their videos. Down below I have my daily workout routine as well as the link to the Youtube page! xoxo


Arms

(30 Seconds each, repeat 2x)

  • Crab dips
  • One leg pushups
  • Forward arm circles
  • Backwards arm circles
  • Curl & jab (w/ weights)
  • L up, L down (w/ weights)
  • Tricep kickbacks (w/ weights)
  • Reverse fly (w/ weights)

Abs

  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 40 Backwards crunches
  • 40 Single leg drops
  • 15 side crunches (on each side)
  • 40 Flutter kicks
  • 20 Heel touches
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 20 Slow bicycles, 20 fast bicycles
  • 20 Butterfly crunches
  • 1-Minute plank, right plank, & left plank

Booty

(Repeat 2x)

  • 1-Minute hip lifts
  • 30-Second fire hydrants (on each leg)
  • 15-Second fire hydrant pulse (on each leg)
  • 15-Second fire hydrant kick-outs (on each leg)
  • 30-Second squat jumps
  • 30-Second donkey kicks (on each leg)
  • 30 lunges
  • 1-Minute squats
